The crust of this GORGEOUS cheesecake contains an unbelievably crumbly and buttery biscoff layer. Our cheesecake mixture blends delicious speculoos with the premium quality fluffy cream cheese! Chunks of the lotus biscuit are gently combined into the cheesecake for an extra crunchy texture.
