The torte is topped with a beautiful almond fondant glaze and decorated with gorgeous stripes of Valrhona

One of our most exciting gluten-free cakes yet! The Esterházy cake is a delicious Hungarian treat named after Prince Paul III Anton Esterházy de Galántha. It is one of the most famous cakes of the Austro-Hungarian empire. 
This cake has six layers of delicious hazelnut macaron dough separated by a delicate fantastic vanilla-bean buttercream. The torte is topped with a beautiful almond fondant glaze and decorated with gorgeous stripes of Valrhona chocolate. Surrounding the two pound cake is a lovely sprinkle of toasted almond slices. We’ve also added a smidge of apricot preserve to balance out the sweetness! The hazelnut in this cake delivers a fragrance like no other. If you’re a fan of all things nutty then the Esterházy cake is absolutely for you! This cake requires 2-3 days to make, so please do order it in advance! It lasts up to 4 days in the fridge and is 2 pounds.
