This product is a herbal combination of buchu, juniper berry, uva ursi extract, barberry bark extract and parsley leaves. Uva Ursi is a mild diuretic, with anesthetic properties to help alleviate discomfort and pain associated with UTIs and prostatitis. It is especially useful for E.coli, and can be particularly effective against the full range of urinary tract infections if the urine is alkaline.

Buchu is antiseptic and a diuretic, and is also useful for Prostatitis. Barberry bark contains berberine, which inhibits bacteria from adhering to human cells and kills a variety of germs. Parsley leaves also flush the urinary tract.
