The BLACK ACTIVE™ Lever Belt offers a tighter fit than traditional prong style belts. Instead of fumbling around trying to get the prong into the hole all you have to do is one simple slide of the lever and it’s locked into place. This allows for much faster fastening of the belt, giving you less time between putting on the belt and getting under the bar.
To adjust your belt all you will need is a Phillips head screwdriver. The belt should be adjusted based on the lifter’s preference. Most lifters will want the belt to be tight enough to where they can barely fit a finger between the belt and their core.
