Fantastisch bij een rosbief van de green egg, gratin dauphinois... mmmm. Wijn kan prima nog een paar jaar in de kelder.

Over de wijn

Séguret - Beter wordt het niet met deze Côtes du Rhône Villages! Afkomstig van op grote hoogte gelegen wijngaard. Leisteen in de bodem, 50 jaar oude Grenache vooral en beetje Syrah en niets ontziende zon.

Explosieve neus, direct er vol in met het diepzwarte fruit! Lekker daarna veel laagjes samen met speculaas kruiden, versgemalen zwarte peper en een vanillestokje meegetrokken. Intens, diep, gepolijst en “silky". Lange afdronk.  Nog 22 maanden op ouder hout gerijpt. Wel wat bij eten is ons advies...

I added a case that looks like a fancy note book and love it. This helps with drops and scratches. I have not added a screen protector yet. The storage capacity is the same as my old ipad pro, I will never use 128 gb anyways... To sum up, this gets 10 out of 10... and its a great replacement for a ipad pro!
