Si presenta di colore rosso rubino con riflessi violacei e una profondità molto intrigante. Al palato il vino è dolce ma mantiene un nerbo e una freschezza che invitano al secondo sorso. Ha un buon equilibrio ed è particolarmente lungo, con un tannino levigato e di grande piacevolezza.È un bel vino da meditazione questo Montefalco Sagrantino Passito DOCG di Lungarotti, Tenuta Brancalupo, le uve di sagrantino vengono raccolte a metà ottobre e appassiscono così in parte in pianta, in parte su graticci per almeno due mesi. Il vino viene fatto fermentare con macerazione per due settimane e poi affinato in barriques per tre anni. È un vino dalla splendida struttura e dall'equilibrio capace di rendere intrigante e per nulla stucchevole il sapore dolce del passito. Da provare!
Da provare con dolci al cioccolato, torte e budini per un abbinamento tradizionale, o con formaggi ben stagionati per un abbinamento un po' anticonvenzionale.

So So Amazing

I received this book wiht the understanding that I could leave a voluntary and honest review.
In this book we meet June Wilder, Rhett Lawson, Cole Thibault, & Elias Nystrom. When this book opens we find that June has just joined the Atlanta Reapers as their new physical trainer. From the moment she starts she knows that she is going to get push back but there is something about not only this team but these guys that have become more to her than she thought when she first started. Rhett is the kind of guy who make a joke with anyone. One night when something happens with June he realizes there is something more than just jokes with her. Cole has been compartmentalized his life for years now. With the addition of June to the team he finds himself finding a person who understands his compartments and lets him be him. Elias is a man who is a an island. When he learns that opening up to one person who sees him allows him to grow and heal in many ways. Can they all find a HEA or will their positions make that impossible?
Another amazing story by this author. I would highly recommend it to anyone.

Good spicy campy hockey

I really enjoyed the character development. Reading about their growth and dealing with individual issues made good entertainment. Some surprising twists that made the book even better. Really glad we didn't have to go down the angst road where the public got to damage the budding relationships.

Wonderful characters with great humor, a bit of mystery and a strong silent grumpy Sentinel to stand with the leading lady. They make her stronger but she also makes them stronger. I love the dynamics and the way it played out. This was a fun read!.

June Wilder has embarked on the career of a lifetime-- the newest head physical trainer for NHL's Atlanta Reapers! She's relatively young for the position, not to mention female. In a male dominated sport, she's hoping to one day earn the trust and respect of the players, coaching staff and the organization. What she doesn't expect is to be an equal participant in flirty banter and NSFW activities in her office with handsome Right Wing Rhett Lawson. She quickly finds that Team Captain Cole Thibault is a confident and calming presence in her daily work activities-- and the man she goes on quite possibly the most perfect date with. Then there's Elias Nystrom, the Swedish Goalie who is quiet, HULKING in size, and downright frightens her-- with whom she shares a secret which could get her in hot water if discovered. Each of these team members intrigues her. Each she has a relationship with that is not entirely permitted as their head physical trainer. As she gets to know each of them better, she's falling deeper for each of them. Will she successfully navigate through the season without losing not only her job but her heart? What happens when each of the men find out about each other? Will she be asked to choose between them?
This book has everything I look for in a sinfully decadent read-- a strong, independent, and likable FMC; charming, protective, and sexy MMCs; a plot that is entertaining, well thought out and executes some unexpected twists; and has chemistry that explodes off of the pages. Once again author Cassie Cole has expertly achieved all of these things in her latest book "Hat Trick". I'm a big fan of the RH genre. Of all the authors I read, Cassie Cole is far and away my favorite to date. If you read this book, you will not be disappointed!
