De witte instapcuvée van het topdomein Oliver Zeter, zoveel meer dan een basiswijn !

De basiskenmerken van deze aantrekkelijke witte wijn uit de Pfalz op basis van Weissburgunder en Sauvignon Blanc : Fris, fruitig, ongecompliceerd maar met veel karakter en lange afdronk.

Oliver Zeter laat de licht geplet druiven minstens 6 uur op de most liggen, wat structuur en diepte geeft. De daaropvolgende gisting in stalen tank gebeurt langzaam, zodat het fruit behouden blijft. De wijn blijft enkele maanden op de fijne gist liggen, wat hem nog meer karakter geeft.
De verschillende druivensoorten worden apart van elkaar gevinifiëerd en pas vlak voor het bottelen geblend, waardoor Oliver Zeter de sterke punten van de druivensoorten weet te combineren. Mooi hoe deze druivensoorten probleemloos in elkaar schuiven zonder houtlagering.

Perfect als aperitief of als begeleider bij  lichte gerechten zoals salades, gevogelte, vis, milde kazen of Aziatische gerechten.
