DESCRIPTION
As well as being widely studied for it's health-promoting properties, Turmeric has been used in Ayurvedic and Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) for more than 2000 years.
Turmeric’s most active component (Curcumin) has been show to provide numerous health benefits, including:

- Cardiovascular function
- Support for joint function and mobility
And because Curcumin supports a healthy inflammatory response it's proven to be useful for maintaining healthy joints, muscles, brain, eyes and blood lipids.
On top of Turmeric's anti-inflammatory properties, it also has powerful antioxidant capabilities (through it's polyphenol content) which actually increase the amount of antioxidants that the body produces.
But even with Turmeric's glowing history, the closest most people have got to experiencing it's benefits is by adding a small amount to a meal (usually Indian) for added flavour, which unfortunately just won't 'cut it' as the dose simply isn't high enough!..

DIRECTIONS
Take 1 capsule up to 2 times per day with food or as recommended by your healthcare professional.
