The Synergy Titan Series Heavy Duty Steering Kit is a complete bolt-on upgrade for 2020+ Jeep Wrangler JL and Gladiator JT models designed to eliminate weak factory steering components and deliver improved strength, precision, and reliability. Engineered for lifted Jeeps, oversized tires, and aggressive off-road use, this system provides a tighter, more controlled steering feel both on the trail and on the street.
This kit replaces the factory drag link and tie rod with heavy-duty components built from thick-wall DOM tubing and heat-treated chromoly for maximum durability. The upgraded design helps eliminate common issues like bent tie rods, wandering steering, and inconsistent steering response, while maintaining smooth drivability for daily use.
Synergy’s metal-on-metal tie rod ends are fully greaseable and designed for long service life under harsh conditions. The single plane tie rod end design reduces unwanted movement and steering dead spots, while the double adjuster sleeve allows for easy alignment adjustments without removing components from the vehicle.
