Giallo paglierino luminoso, dal fitto e persistente perlage. Si riconoscono profumi di lievito e crosta di pane, seguiti da note floreali, tocchi di piccoli frutti rossi e agrumi; al sorso è piacevolmente fresco e sapido, rotondo e persistente.

Prodotto dall'azienda vinicola altoatesina Franz Haas, lo spumante Metodo Classico Pas Dosé "PN 1150" è ottenuto da uve pinot nero in purezza, provenienti da un singolo vigneto, posto a 1150 metri di altitudine e caratterizzato da terreni calcarei. In seguito all'accurata vendemmia manuale, mantenendo una resa del mosto bassa per mettere in luce la finezza del prodotto, lo spumante sosta sui lieviti per 60 mesi, arricchendosi di sfumature aromatiche e complessità.

Ottimo con un risotto alle capesante, si abbina con piatti raffinati a base di molluschi e crostacei.
