The Hughes & Kettner AmpMan Classic redefines the pedalboard-only guitar rig. Thanks to H&K's analog Spirit Tone Generator, this 50-watt, floorboard-style amplifier offers epic tube-like tone at any volume with zero digitizing of your signal. You get two independent channels that cover the spectrum of vintage-inspired clean and classic crunch sounds, with independent Gain, Tone, Presence, Resonance, Sagging, and Volume controls for each. This feature-laden amplifier pedal includes footswitchable boost and solo functions, plus an effects loop and noise gate. You also get a built-in Red Box cabinet emulator, a stereo headphones output, and an auxiliary input. Best of all, everything is accessible via the AmpMan Classic's onboard knobs and switches — no menu diving required. Whether you're recording direct, plugging into a cab, or going live into a PA system, you can expect top-notch tone and performance from the H&K AmpMan Classic pedal guitar amplifier.

A full-fledged, 2-channel guitar amp at your feet

The AmpMan Classic squeezes H&K's analog Spirit Tone Generator into a 2-channel, floorboard-style guitar amplifier. Channel one unleashes vintage-inspired American- and British-style cleans, along with sizzling blues textures — if you overcook things a bit. Channel two produces classic crunch sounds that are guaranteed to perk up the ears of '70s and '80s rock aficionados. Each channel boasts plentiful sound-shaping controls: Gain, Tone, Presence, Resonance, Sagging, and Volume.

Turbocharge your pedalboard with high-performance features

Tailor-made for pedalboard deployment, the Hughes & Kettner AmpMan Classic is chock-full of performance-ready features. A per-channel Boost adds extra hair to your signal when the situation calls for it. You can also add a 0 to +6dB boost over your Master knob's setting with the Solo function. A serial effects loop makes integrating your stompboxes and processors a breeze. To top it off, the Boost, Solo, and effects loop are all footswitchable. Beyond that, the AmpMan Classic includes the same IDB gate as H&K's Black Spirit 200 amplifier, providing you with a whisper-quiet noise floor between notes.

Red Box cabinet emulator captures amazing tone without a mic

For decades, H&K's award-winning Red Box has been the go-to device for achieving miked-cab sounds without a microphone (or a speaker cabinet, for that matter). The AmpMan Classic includes a built-in Red Box AE+ — the most evolved Red Box yet. It supplies you with eight cab emulations, including gargantuan 4 x 12-inch stacks, compact 1 x 12-inch cabinets, and everything in-between. The AmpMan Classic automatically saves the most recently selected emulation for each channel. You can also switch the Red Box off to use third-party IR cab sims. Thanks to its built-in Red Box, the AmpMan Classic is a self-contained guitar rig that's primed for any musical application.

This book was a game changer for me…
Format: Paperback
I’ve attempted college twice. On my first attempt I ended up with a 1.8 GPA which resulted in academic probation and a fair amount of tears. I took an almost ten year long hiatus thinking college wasn’t for me before trying again. Except this second time I knew I had to do something different, and that’s when I picked up this book. On my second attempt I ended up with a 3.9 GPA upon graduation and also felt I didn’t have to work myself to the bone to get those grades. I found the chapters on note taking and time management to be particularly useful. While it’s true that my success also had to do with some maturity I had gained over ten years, this book gave me the tools and a system that helped me immensely. It not only helped me academically, but taught me how to “work smarter, not harder.” In short, get the book. You won’t regret spending the money on it.

Another fun wlw paranormal romance from this author
Format: Kindle
Another fun wlw urban fantasy, shifter romance. This time we get to know Heather from the first book better along with her fated mate, V. It was nice to have some enby rep in this genre. Always want to see more people represented in characters that I read. Unfortunately the transphobia that was represented was pretty realistic as well. Good to see some familiar faces as well with Wren and Natalie as well as Rias popping up. The romance between Heather and V is instalove, as it is a fated mates situation. However, Heather has a lot of internal demons to battle. I really felt like her struggles were pretty indicative of someone who has experienced trauma from abuse and neglect. Seeing her internal dialogue go back and forth, knowing that she was self-sabotaging, felt very real. Thankfully, V sees her strength hiding behind her struggles and just falls more in love with her. There is no third act breakup. Not really. There is a point where Heather pushes V away, but she is ready to go back to them and work through her struggles when werewolf drama ensues. The ending, seeing Wren's pack grow is great. And there is obvious plotlines introduced at the very end for any upcoming books.

enjoyable werewolf story
Format: Kindle
It's Heather's turn to be in the spotlight this time, with new character V, in a story that covers mental health, acceptance, and of course finding true love. Finding your true mate can be a wonderful experience, as well as claiming each other, but what follows after can be a challenging experience, especially when other factors in life decide to interfere. Like Pack of Her Own, there is a lot of action in this story, along with lots of cute moments, and Heather and V make a wonderful pair, even with their insecurities. Seeing them stand up for each other is just great as well. Of course seeing Wren and Natalie again was an added bonus, and if there is a third book I'd love to see all of the characters again as well. Mate of Her Own is a highly enjoyable story, engaging and engrossing, and I loved the tale it told. It was good seeing certain aspects of toxic wolf culture being called out, and Wren doing her best to create a pack that doesn't adhere to the norms (especially considering that she didn't want her own pack, but well, with the ending of the previous book, she doesn't have a lot of choice). It is a great shifter tale, and I do hope to see more in this series.
