Highly packable and lightweight, this jacket has been updated with a lighter weight 3-layer GORE-TEX® PRO ePE outer fabric, rendering it waterproof, windproof, and breathable whilst the reinforced areas prone to wear have been fashioned in more GORE-TEX® PRO ePE technology to create a durable outer layer that will accompany you on expeditions time and time again. With a regular fit and pit zips, the jacket provides optimal ventilation to keep your skin breathing and the air flowing, whilst the new patterning minimises waste and offers a better fit.
With a DropHood™ that fits perfectly over a helmet and a brim that stores a RECCO® reflector for aid in search and rescue situations, the hood adjustments utilise a unique system to improve the fit without impacting your peripheral vision and work with gloves or mittens. Keep essentials close by with the two roomy hand pockets, and an internal chest pocket. Velcro® cuff adjustments keep your jacket low-bulk, durable with no tearing or catching and lock out the elements, while the adjustable drawcord at the hem helps to seal out the wind and cold.
