Some of you young'uns might be surprised to learn that this is David Bowie's song, and not Kurt Cobain/Nirvana's song, thanks to their MTV Unplugged concert, but if you listen to the actual concert, you'll note that Cobain gives credit: "that was a David Bowie song" in his trademark deadpan drawl. Older customers might think of Lulu before Bowie, for a similar reason.
