2016 collection. The Ace catalogue has traditionally focused on American music. But our compilers have never shied from venturing worldwide in their quest for good sounds, as evident from our popular collections spotlighting the female vocalists of 1960s Japan, France and Italy (not forgetting the UK). Now it's the turn of Sweden. Our smörgåsbord of Swedish she-pop opens with early solo sides by the lead singers of the nation's greatest pop music export, ABBA: Agnetha Fältskog with 'Ge Dej Till Tåls' (a highlight of her second album) and Anni-Frid Lyngstad with 'Så Synd Du Måste Gå' (a song popularised by Françoise Hardy as 'Comment Te Dire Adieu'). Other featured well-known names include national treasure Lill-Babs with her cover of Dusty Springfield's 'Little By Little' and chart star Mona Wessman with a version of 'Music To Watch Girls By'. But it wasn't all cover versions in mid-60s Sweden. Dig, for example, Eleanor Bodel's title track, 'Don't' by cult favourite Doris (who also appears as lead vocalist of the group Plums), au pair duo Bella & Me's groovy 'Help Me Break This Habit' and Britt Bergström's Ivy League-penned 'You Really Have Started Something'. Cherry-picked tracks by the Plommons and cover stars MAK Les Soeurs illustrate the country also produced it's fair share of all-girl groups. Bumper CD booklet contains a 5,000-word track commentary and extra photos. Compiled by Mick Patrick.

Beautiful and 100% Authentic
Color: Grey, Color: Grey
This watch is beautiful and exactly as described. It came in all the original packaging. The details in this watch are impossible to forger. I also had my local watch shop verify its authenticity when getting it sized, they specialize in Rolex and Tissot.

Looks beautiful and very accurate
Color: Grey
Bought this Tissot as a gift for my wife because she likes larger watches. She has small wrists and this watch looks great on her. The dial is beautiful, the case is well made and the mechanism is very accurate running +4 seconds per day out of the box. Power reserve is great keeping the watch running for up to 3 days. I think this watch is a bit too dressy for a man, but this is my taste. My wife loves it.

Stunning Automatic Watch With TopTier Durability and Precision
Color: Grey
“I got this Tissot PRX for my cousin’s birthday and bro fell in LOVE instantly.
This thing keeps time like a beast, never slows down, never lags. Automatic movement, so no batteries, no drama.
Durability? Stupid good. You can hit it, bump it, live life rough, it still looks box fresh.
Size wise it was almost perfect. I just had to remove two links, nothing big.
It’s light, functional, comfortable, doesn’t weigh you down, doesn’t get in the way but more importantly I can say this watch is in everyone’s eyesight when we wear it. Cause of course I had to get another one!
Basically. I gave him a very nice piece as a gift, and now he’s walking around like he owns Switzerland.

Excellent value for an automatic watch, keeps VERY good time.
Color: Grey, Color: Grey
I've only had the watch for a day but wanted to leave a quick review on it to share a couple of notes.
So far it keeps VERY good time, better than any of the automatics I own (including a Rolex Submariner, Tag Heuer Aquaracer, Tag Heuer Formula One, and several other sub $1k watches). I set it to an atomic time app on my phone yesterday and 24 hours later it's still SPOT on - hasn't gained/lost even a 1/10 of a second. I was shocked to see it's kept PERFECT time for the last day, I'm really blown away so far. I've worn it the entire time, we'll see how well it keeps time while being stored in a winder.
This picture shown is the watch with a 22mm leather band on it, fit's without any issues (just need to squeeze in the leather a tad). I doubt it would work with a 22mm metal bracelet, but leather works great. Just FYI since the 21mm lug width is kind of odd.
The face isn't quite a lustrious as the images make it look, but it's still a great-looking watch. For a sub $1000 automatic you can't go wrong, this is a fantastic watch at a great price. It'll be my daily driver for some time I'm sure. If I have any issues in the future I'll update the review.
