Lowers Water Surface Tension
The proprietary wetting agent blend accelerates water penetration — allowing the solution to effectively knock down dust particles that water alone cannot reach, delivering superior suppression per litre of solution applied.
Reduces Total Water Consumption
When used at the recommended dilution, MINETECH™ DG reduces total water volume consumed for dust suppression — a significant operational saving for open pit mines in the water-scarce Northern Cape and Western Cape.
Works With Existing Equipment
No additional capital expenditure required — MINETECH™ DG is added directly to existing water bowsers and self-mixes during truck movement. No dosing pump required, though one may be used if preferred.
Mixes Easily With Water
Simple dilution — add directly from the container to the water vessel after water has been loaded to avoid excessive foaming. Self-mixes during truck movement for straightforward field preparation.

Processing Areas

Application Frequency
As required
Add MINETECH™ DG directly from its container to the water vessel after water has been loaded — to avoid excessive foaming. A dosing pump may be used if preferred. The product self-mixes during truck movement. Higher application rates and dilution levels may be required in high temperature or windy environments. Apply as often as required to control dust — it is not necessary to stop traffic during application.
