And then biotinylated Mouse IL18BP Antibody is added and binds to IL18BP in the sample. Then Streptavidin HRP is added and binds to the Biotinylated IL18BP antibody. After incubation unbound

The Mouse (IL18BP) Interleukin-18 Binding Prorein ELISA Kit measures Interleukin-18 Binding Prorein in Mouse samples. The plate has been pre-coated with Mouse IL18BP antibody. IL18BP present in the sample is added and binds to antibodies coated on the wells. And then biotinylated Mouse IL18BP Antibody is added and binds to IL18BP in the sample. Then Streptavidin-HRP is added and binds to the Biotinylated IL18BP antibody. After incubation unbound Streptavidin-HRP is washed away during a washing step. Substrate solution is then added and color develops in proportion to the amount of Mouse IL18BP. The reaction is terminated by addition of acidic stop solution and absorbance is measured at 450 nm.

Too big for dogs under 15 pounds. Treats are hard to get out of the four corners. My dog can barely pick this up. She weighs 12 pounds. She still found it interesting though trying to dig the treats out that she was unsuccessful. Even after I cut all the little triangle prongs off the four corners the treats are still stuck in there. There is a slot on the side that I can put half of a dental refill in the side and she can eventually get it out so there’s still somewhat of play and challenge received, but not that satisfied to me.

If you have a strong destructive dog that takes pride in destroying toys, ruin their confidence and get them this one.
