Built for high-performance kitchens, this reach-in blast chiller/shock freezer rapidly preserves food quality with HACCP-ready data transfer, automatic holding, and sanitary stainless-steel construction.
- Reach-in blast chiller/shock freezer designed for rapid food preservation and quality retention.
- Handles up to 14 18 x 26 inch sheet pans or 28 12 x 20 x 2.5 inch steam table pans; pans are not included.
- Rapidly chills 154 lb from 194°F to 37°F in about 90 minutes and shock freezes the same load to 0°F in about 4 hours.
- USB HACCP data transfer, touch pad controls, temperature probe, and automatic cold/frozen holding simplify operation.
- 304 stainless steel interior and exterior with a self-contained air-cooled condensing unit and automatic SANIGEN sanitation system.
- Includes six stainless steel wire shelves, adjustable legs, and a left-hinged door; ships with cord only and no plug.

Washable quality paper plates

We've used these paper plates for years for all kinds of things and find them to be really sturdy and washable. With a pleasant design that fits any decor, they are wonderful for everyday use.
