The Human (GSK3B) Glycogen Synthase Kinase-3 Beta ELISA Kit measures Glycogen Synthase Kinase-3 Beta in samples. The plate has been pre-coated with Human GSK3B antibody. GSK3B present in the sample is added and binds to antibodies coated on the wells. And then biotinylated Human GSK3B Antibody is added and binds to GSK3B in the sample. Then Streptavidin-HRP is added and binds to the Biotinylated GSK3B antibody. After incubation unbound Streptavidin-HRP is washed away during a washing step. Substrate solution is then added and color develops in proportion to the amount of Human GSK3B. The reaction is terminated by addition of acidic stop solution and absorbance is measured at 450 nm.

I got these Robeez toddler sport sandals for my little one and honestly, they’ve been pretty great overall. Overall, I still really like these sandals. They’re comfortable, practical, and hold up well for everyday use. Just keep the sizing in mind when ordering!

Great sandals

I got these shoes for my 3-year-old. They are a good summer shoe that look good for everyday wear. I like that both straps are adjustable to help them to be more form-fitting to the foot. I like that the back ankle strap is *not* adjustable, because I don't feel the need for that one to be adjustable and also it's just kind of annoying because it's an extra thing that can potentially become undone. The whole shoe is foam including the uppers. One concern I have is that the sole is more slick than rubbery, so I'm concerned about these being slippery, especially with all of the summer activities that involve water. The footbed of the shoe has a bit of texture and seems comfortable. I appreciate that the sole bends easily to make them healthy for little feet that need to flex. These seem easy to clean, you could probably wash them in the washing machine, though I didn't see that anywhere so I don't know for sure. Overall, I find these to be high quality sandals and they are flexible for outdoor/wet situations as well as indoors.
