By choosing this design you prioritize adjustability and the performance of your car. Coilovers which will offer more adjustability for both damping settings and ride height, and typically provide more consistent and predictable handling characteristics. The initial setup for setting and spring rates is rooted in our extensive development and testing process. Individual preferences can easily be fine-tuned by making adjustments to the rebound knob or altering the ride height. You can adjust the rebound, means you can control the return to extension of your dampers, enabling you to attain the ideal road balance tailored to your specific requirements. With 12 distinct positions to choose from, each adjustment delivers distinct feedback and a unique driving experience. AST Suspension is a monotube design. This is a benefit for you because these dampers offer a large piston to control the adjustability of rebound damping. Would recommend

I used this sound deadening material in my car during an audio and interior upgrade, and the difference was noticeable immediately. Road noise, vibrations, and rattling were reduced a lot, especially on the doors and floor panels. The car feels much quieter and more solid while driving now.
The material was easy to cut and apply, and the adhesive stuck very well without peeling up. It has a quality feel to it and conforms nicely around curves and tight areas. I also noticed my speakers sound cleaner and have better bass response after installing it.
For the price, this sound deadening material is a great value and definitely worth it if you want a quieter ride and better overall sound quality in your vehicle.

Worth it!

I was worried it wouldn't work as well since it's 50 mil and I thought I got the wrong thing. Nope! Works great. Did all four doors on my 93 civic and I have enough for the floor I think. Solid price. Noise reduced by about 5 decibels hive difference. Very sticky and easy to apply I'm so happy I was able to cover most all of my car. If I need more, definitely buying this since I got so much extra and I thought I would.
PS: that five decibel thing is only with the four doors. My firewall is next and then my floor, but it's such a huge difference

Quiet your vehicle noises

Put this in our high roof van and couldn’t believe how much quieter it was at once. Really cut down on the vibration noise Nice and easy to install just peel n stick. Was also easy to cut with scissors for smaller areas. Seemed to be really nice quality. Didn’t notice any odor.
