Staffordshire has been a coveted collectible made popular in Englands Stoke on Trent region (where the clay was very sculpt friendly) during the Victorian era. Whimsical figurals of humorous scenes were created with lovely glazes of jeweled hues. This one stole our hearts and is indiscernible from the c1860 antique original.
