飲用梅精的注意事項：

- 腸胃不佳人士不建議空腹飲用，宜餐後飲用。
- 最好用玻璃、木或陶瓷造的器具接觸梅精，避免用金屬或塑膠瓷羹和杯子以盡量保存其抗氧化功效。
