If Valentine’s Day feels loaded, this class offers a softer alternative: movement, breath, and self-connection.

The first hour is a relaxed social hour with tea, offering time to settle in, connect, and arrive at your own pace.

This is a one-hour gentle power yoga class. We’ll begin with pranayama (breathwork), move into an active flow to build heat and energy, explore a few balancing postures, and finish with a cooling sequence focused on deep stretching.

The class is accessible to all levels of yoga experience. Modifications will be offered for a range of abilities and experience levels.

Please bring your own yoga mat and any props you like to use (blocks or other supports). A limited number of extras will be available.

Clothing is optional. This class is intentionally for women, trans, and nonbinary participants (ABCD: all but cis dudes).

About the instructor:

Delphine Mason, also known as the SF Bay Area’s hairy muse, is a professional girlfriend, dominant, model for photo and video, and all-around good time.

In addition to her skills in the erotic realm, Delphine is also a 500-hour certified yoga instructor (and avid yoga practitioner), and enjoys explorations of the mind, spirit, and body in various other ways.
