Blade Features:
The blade is forged in the traditional shinogi-zukuri style, known for its prominent ridge line and functionality. It features a deep curvature (koshizori), ideal for drawing and cutting techniques. The small tip (ko-kissaki) with a single plate (ichimai) provides a sharp, focused edge, enhancing precision. The jigane displays a refined small wood grain pattern (ko-itame) mixed with a burl pattern (mokume), accented by yubashiri, further exemplifying the smith’s attention to detail.

The hamon is a bright, gunome-midare pattern, characterized by its alternating, undulating peaks. A small amount of nie highlights the edge, adding a subtle yet captivating brilliance.
Mountings (Koshirae):
The koshirae is richly adorned with fittings that reflect a theme of strength and protection. The fuchi (collar) is crafted from shakudo, featuring a nanako pattern with high-relief gold inlays depicting dragons. The kashira (pommel) is made of horn, offering a durable and classic finish.
