How to use
Directions for use include removing clothing from the patient’s torso, wiping away moisture, and removing excessive chest hair if necessary. Open the electrode package, verify pads and cable are intact, peel back the protective backing, and confirm the gel is not dried. Place one pad on the skin below the right collarbone and the other pad along the left rib line in line with the armpit. Connect the pads to the Philips HeartStart FR2+/FR2 AED, ensuring the connector is firmly seated. Always refer to your device’s Operator’s Manual for full instructions.
