A note from OURS: As with previous years, we’ve used HUWA HUWA paper (also known as Bird of Paradise), made in Japan. This paper has consistently performed well with fountain pens, general writing tools, and ink stamping. However, this year, we found that while the surface feel and stamping performance remain unchanged,
its resistance to fountain pen ink, particularly high-ink-flow pens, has slightly decreased. Based on our testing, everyday pens and stamp inks are not affected, and only a small range of ink-heavy pens show visible show-through. You can view the full statement and photos on Instagram at @ours.tw.
