Despite being the smallest in the Fontana range, the Forno Italia offers an impressive cooking chamber of 57cm (D) × 42cm (W) × 37cm (H), perfect for creating crispy, golden pizzas and an array of gourmet dishes. Its dual-chamber design ensures that heat from the fire chamber circulates evenly throughout the oven, delivering exceptional temperature consistency and efficiency.
Constructed with 2.5mm thick 304 and 441 stainless steel, reinforced by a 5mm Corten steel panel and durable cast iron doors, this oven guarantees long-lasting, rust-resistant performance. With 12cm of high-grade insulation, it maintains heat beautifully while keeping the exterior safe to touch, even during extended cooking sessions.
Designed with precision, the Forno Italia includes a stainless steel chimney damper, sliding cooking chamber damper, and electro-galvanised, powder-coated finish for superior corrosion resistance.
