Suggestions
Children ages 4 to 12, chew 1 gummy per day. For ages 13 and older, chew 1 gummy up to 4 times daily alone or at mealtime. Store in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight. Gummies may stick together in warmer climates, but this does not affect the potency, quality, or efficacy of the product. For Best Results: Spread serving size into multiple servings throughout the day. Taking too much magnesium at once may cause an undesired laxative effect. Yes! Cannot go wrong after hot shower.
They can pump out all the fancy moisturizers and lotions they want - I always come back to the originals. Dove has a brand reputation which never fails. This cream serum is awesome for all over my body after a hot shower (bc it kinda dries out my skin). Face and body, it works. Apply after shower before bed and you have a whole skincare routine. Cannot beat the price for less than $10! This is one of three I bought in this line and each is as good as the next.
