Produktbeschreibung:

Das Mirlon Schleifvlies zeichnet sich besonders durch seine hohe Flexibilität aus. Hauptanwendung findet es im Schleifen von Lacken, Spachtel, Holz, Metall und Kunststoff. Besonders gut eignet es sich zum Nass- und Trockenschleifen von Oberflächen, die grundiert, lackiert oder mit Decklack behandelt werden sollen. Durch die dreidimensionale Streuung erhält man ein einheitliches Schleifbild. Ein Erkennungsmerkmal des Mirlon Schleifvlies ist die Abkürzung "UF". UF beschreibt die Kornart und Körnung des Schleifvlies und steht in diesem fall für "Ultra Fine", ist also ein Schleifvlies, welches für sehr feine Schleifarbeiten geeignet ist. Die Kornart des "UF" Schleifvlies besteht aus Siliziumkarbid und gibt es nur in der Körnung P1500. Gekennzeichnet wird es bei Mirka durch die Farbe Grau.

Used it in a pinch for stater relay... it works great. Be aware... Mine required metric sockets for the nuts... 10mm for large terminals - 3/8 was too tight and same for smaller terminals 7mm fit better than 5/16 that was too loose. The mounting holes are also spaced closer together than the OEM on a mercruiser 260 in a mid 1980's boat but easy to remedy with a 1/4" drill bit.
